With the increasing attention paid to environmental protection in China, wastewater produced by various industries must be effectively treated and discharged. II.Principle and characteristics of equipment
Lime incoming mode: canned powder is sent to silo by compressed air of transport vehicle through feeding pipe; lime stored in silo is transported to dispensing tank by vibrating silo top discharger, star discharger and screw conveyor; meanwhile, water inlet electromagnetic valve and mixing tank mixer are opened to prepare dry powder into liquid medicine with certain concentration; prepared liquid medicine is added to dosing point by dosing pump through drug outlet pipe of dispensing tank.
Easy feeding and discharging; no overflow dust, improve working environment; PCL automatic control, realize automation.
III.Equipment structure
Lime storage systemconsists of feed pipe, dust collector on top of bin, pressure vacuum release valve, pipe bin, vibration bin bottom discharger, manual gate valve, weighing hopper (optional), star discharger, screw conveyor, top platform and guardrail, steel ladder and flexible connection.
Dissolution system: It consists of water inlet pipeline, dissolution tank, dissolution tank mixer, dosing tank and dosing tank mixer.
Drug storage system: composed of drug storage tank and drug storage tank mixer.
Control system: consists of electric control cabinet, material level meter and frequency converter.
IV.Working principle
Lime is sent into the silo by compressed air carried by the transport vehicle through the feed pipe; when the mixture of powder and compressed air does not enter the silo, the air is discharged after being filtered by the dust collector on the top of the silo, and the filter bag of the dust collector on the top of the silo is cleaned by vibration of the cleaning device, and the powder is vibrated into the silo.
The electric control cabinet shall be equipped with“ high material level” and“ low material level” alarm function, so that the operator can master the material level situation; the high and low material level of dry chemicals in the silo“”“” shall not only be displayed on the electric control cabinet panel with indicator lamp and buzzer alarm, but also output the alarm signal to the central control room PLC.
When the material level in the silo reaches the set middle level, notify the transport vehicle to feed, connect the feed pipe, start the air pump of the transport vehicle, pump the dry powder chemicals into the silo, and start the cleaning device on the dust collector at the same time.
When the material level in the silo reaches the set high level, sound and light alarm shall be given, and the alarm signal shall be output to PLC in the central control room; at this time, the air pump of the transport vehicle shall be turned off, the feed pipe shall be disconnected, and the transport vehicle shall be driven away; at the same time, the cleaning device on the dust collector on the top of the silo shall be turned off after delaying 5 minutes (the time setting can be adjusted).
When the material level in the silo reaches the set low level, sound and light alarm will be given, and the alarm signal will be output to PLC in the central control room; if the dry powder is not replenished to the silo after 30 minutes, PLC will close the whole system (the time setting can be adjusted).
Dry chemicals stored in the silo are sent to the dispensing tank by the vibrating silo top discharger, star discharger and screw conveyor. Meanwhile, the water inlet electric valve and the mixing machine of the dispensing tank are opened to prepare the dry powder into liquid medicine with a certain concentration.
The prepared liquid medicine waits for the dosing pump to be added to the drug point.
Under normal working conditions, the dosing pump continuously extracts liquid medicine from the medicine storage tank. When the liquid level in the medicine storage tank is at the set low level, the liquid level meter sends a signal to PLC, which sends an instruction to start the vibration bin discharger, star discharger and screw conveyor, and at the same time, start the mixing tank mixer to open the water inlet solenoid valve to feed water, and the dispensing process starts; when the liquid level in the medicine storage tank gradually rises to the high level, the liquid level meter sends a signal to PLC, which sends an instruction to stop the vibration bin discharger, star discharger and screw conveyor, and at the same time, stops the mixing tank mixer to close the water inlet solenoid valve to feed water, and the dispensing process stops; this working cycle continues.
