I. Overview

II. Structure and working principle
When sewage flows through, impurities larger than the grid gap are intercepted, and the rake teeth of the rake plate penetrate into the gaps of the grid bars. When the driving device drives the traction chain to rotate, the rake teeth bring the impurities trapped on the grid surface from bottom to top to the slag outlet. When the rake teeth rotate from top to bottom, the impurities fall off by gravity and fall into the conveyor or garbage trolley from the discharge outlet. and then shipped out or processed further.& nbsp;
III. Main features
1. The driving device adopts cycloid pin wheel or helical gear reduction motor to drive directly, with low noise, compact structure and stable operation.
