I. Overview
Inflow mesh grid decontamination machine is used to intercept and remove small suspended and particulate impurities in the water supply and drainage system, and further remove the dirt in the water source after coarse grid treatment. The equipment has compact structure, small occupation area, convenient installation and easy operation. Considering the maintenance and service life of the equipment, no transmission parts under water can avoid unnecessary mechanical failures.
II. Main structure and working principle
The inner-flow mesh grid decontamination machine is mainly composed of driving device, frame, traction chain, mesh plate with lifting steps, flushing system and electrical control cabinet.
The frame is installed in the center of the grid channel, and the gap between the two sides of the frame and the grid channel is a channel for water outlet after grid filtration. Flow guiding baffles are arranged between the two sides of the water facing end of the frame and the canal wall, which can prevent short flow of sewage from directly entering the filtered water from the front of the filter while guiding the flow. A water inlet hole is opened at the lower water facing end of the frame, and the opposite side is a closed end. Sewage flows into the machine from the inlet opening, flows out through the screens on both sides, and flows into the channel behind the machine through the outlet channels on both sides. The driving motor is installed on the output shaft of the frame in the positive direction, and the screen plates on both sides are driven by the transmission chain to extract the dirt trapped in the length range from bottom to top. When reaching the upper part, the dirt unloading work is automatically completed under the action of washing water of the overhead washing device through the steering function of the chain wheel, and the slag water is discharged into the slag collecting groove between the screen plates on both sides and then discharged out of the machine by gravity.
The inner flow type mesh grid decontamination machine has reliable decontamination effect, reliable self-purification ability in structural design, no dirt entanglement, stagnation phenomenon, and no dirt accumulation at the bottom of the grid to form dead angle. The unique water inlet mode of the inner flow net plate grille makes the sewage completely intercepted and removed after entering the grille, and will not be brought into the grille again to achieve the ideal treatment effect.
