    Product Description
    I. Overview
    Microfiltration machine is to use the principle of filtration to recover fibers in wastewater, using 0.5-3 mm gap filtration process called microfiltration. Microfiltration is a mechanical filtration method, which is suitable for separating the tiny suspended substances(pulp fibers)* existing in the liquid to the maximum extent, and realizing the purpose of solid and liquid two-phase separation. Microfiltration differs from other methods in that the filter medium has a very small gap, and with the centrifugal force of the screen rotation, it has a higher flow rate under lower hydraulic resistance and retains suspended solids.
     It is widely used in various occasions where solid-liquid separation is required. Such as urban sewage, papermaking, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical sewage filtration. Especially suitable for papermaking white water treatment, to achieve closed cycle reuse.
    Microfilter is a kind of mechanical filtration device, which consists of transmission device, overflow weir water distributor, washing water device and other main components.

     II.Working principle
     The net is stainless steel mesh, and its working principle is that the treated water enters the overflow weir water distributor from the water pipe opening, and after a short stable flow, it evenly overflows from the water outlet and is distributed on the filter net of the filter cartridge rotating in the opposite direction. The water flow and the inner wall of the filter cartridge generate relative shear motion, and the water passing efficiency is high. The solids are intercepted and separated. Roll along the spiral guide plate in the cylinder and discharge from the other end of the filter cartridge. The waste water filtered out from the filter screen flows away from the water outlet tank directly below under the guidance of the protective covers on both sides of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge is equipped with a flushing pipe, which is sprayed with pressurized water (3kg/cm2) in a fan shape to flush and dredge the filter screen, so as to ensure that the filter screen always maintains a good filtering capacity.
