I.Overview
WLS type shaftless screw conveyor is suitable for grid slag treatment in urban sewage treatment plants, sewage pretreatment devices in residential quarters, municipal rain/sewage pumping stations and water plants. It is mainly used with grills or dewatering machines to transport grid slag or dehydrated sludge.
II. Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts shaftless spiral type, when the material enters from the feeding hopper of the conveyor, the material is pushed and slid by the rotation of the spiral blade, and is sent to the discharge port along the U-shaped conveying groove, and is matched with the press or the garbage trolley to carry out the next treatment of the material.
III. Main features
1. The driving device adopts shaft-mounted parallel shaft helical gear reducer with compact structure and stable and safe operation;
2. The conveying direction is determined by the spiral direction of the spiral blade and the rotation direction of the motor, and two-way conveying can be implemented;
3, U-shaped groove with lining, strong wear resistance, long service life, easy to replace;
4. Conveyor frame is fixed by expansion bolts, no embedded parts are needed;
5, the equipment can be linked with supporting equipment control, control convenience, can also be self-supporting local control box.
