I.Overview
HFrotary solid-liquid separator (also known as rotary grid decontamination machine), it is an advanced water treatment solid-liquid separation equipment, mainly used in urban sewage treatment plants, residential sewage pretreatment devices, municipal rain/sewage pumping stations, water plants and power plant cooling water intake, the equipment is also widely used in textile, printing and dyeing, food, aquatic products, paper, wine, slaughtering, leather and other industries of water treatment engineering, is the ideal solid-liquid separation equipment in the water treatment industry. nbsp;
II. Structure and working principle
The equipment adopts rotary type, and is composed of a special shape of plow teeth arranged on a horizontal axis according to a certain assembly sequence and quantity to form a rake tooth chain, which is assembled into different gaps according to the water flow rate and installed at the inlet of a pumping station or a water treatment system. When the driving device drives the rake tooth chain to move from bottom to top, impurities in water are picked up by the rake tooth chain, and liquid flows through the grid gap. After the equipment rotates to the upper vertex, the rake tooth chain changes its running direction and moves from top to bottom. The material falls off from the rake teeth by its own weight. When the rake teeth turn from the opposite side to the bottom of the equipment, it starts another continuous cycle, so as to continuously remove impurities from the water and achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation. nbsp;
3. Main features
1. The driving device adopts cycloid pin wheel or helical gear reduction motor to drive directly, with low noise, compact structure and stable operation.
2. The frame is an integral frame structure with strong rigidity, simple installation and less daily maintenance workload;
3. There are two kinds of rake tooth specifications, coarse grid rake tooth pitch t=150mm, fine grid rake tooth pitch t=100mm;
4, the equipment is easy to operate, can be directly local/remote control equipment operation;
5. In order to prevent accidental overload, it is equipped with dual protection of mechanical shear pin and overcurrent to make the equipment operate safely and reliably;
6. When the equipment is≥ 1500mm wide, in order to ensure the overall strength of the equipment, the form of parallel connection will be adopted. nbsp;
